How We Can Help you
We offer Chiropody and Podiatry services in the comfort of your own home in North Devon.
We treat each patient as a whole person and take into account their goals and what they want from our service.
Our appointments and treatment plans follow the same broad template.
Assessment
At the start of the appointment we will get to know you and your feet.
We will discuss your medical history, your goals and what you expect from the appointment.
We will also discuss any any foot health concerns you have.
We will perform a physical assessment including testing your blood flow, sensation and doing a visual check of your feet.
Treatment
After the assessment, we will discuss with you which treatment we feel you will benefit from.
Treatments we offer include nail cutting, hard skin removal, orthotics/ insole therapy, ingrown toenail resection and many more.
With your informed consent, we will then commence your treatment.
Education and Advice
A big part of our treatment is offering footcare education and advice. There is only so much we can do in our appointments, it's a joint effort between you and us.
With our specialist knowledge from our training, alongside our experience of treating, we will make this individual to your needs and make it easy to understand and implement as prevention is the best cure!
We will also discuss a management/ treatment plan moving forward.
